• Final Sale: All bookings are final. Once confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
• Non-Transferable: Tickets are issued to the individual named and cannot be transferred to others.
• Weather Conditions: Cruises operate under most weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather, cruises may be rescheduled, but refunds will not be provided for weather-related changes.
• Punctuality: Guests are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may result in missing the cruise without eligibility for a refund.
• Identification: Valid identification or passport must be presented at check-in for verification purposes.
• Children Policy: Children under 3 years old can join free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire is mandatory for all guests.
• Force Majeure: The operator is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond control.
• Safety Compliance: Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew throughout the cruise.
• Special Requests: Any dietary needs or special requirements should be communicated at least 48 hours before the cruise date.
• No Outside Food or Drink: Bringing outside food or beverages on board is strictly prohibited.
• Payment Terms: Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Seating Policy: Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. Guests can choose between upper and lower deck seating options during booking.
• Photography: Personal photos and videos are welcome. Commercial photography or videography requires prior approval from the operator.
• Health & Accessibility: Guests with serious health conditions or mobility challenges should notify the operator in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations.
• Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic drinks are served only to guests aged 21 and above. The operator reserves the right to deny service to anyone appearing intoxicated.
