Booking Policies

• 1. All Sales Are Final: No cancellations or refunds after booking confirmation.
• 2. Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred.
• 3. Weather Policy: Cruises operate in most weather conditions. Severe weather may lead to rescheduling; no refunds will be issued.
• 4. Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may miss the cruise without a refund.
• 5. Identification Requirement: A valid ID or passport must be presented at check-in.
• 6. Child Policy: Children under 3 years can join for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• 7. Dress Code: Smart casual attire is required.
• 8. Force Majeure: The operator is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters.
• 9. Safety Regulations: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.
• 10. Special Requests: Dietary preferences or other requests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
• 11. No Outside Food or Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
