• All Sales Are Final: Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are not permitted. Please ensure your plans before booking.
• Non-Transferable Tickets: Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Weather Policy: Cruises operate in most weather conditions. In case of severe weather, the cruise may be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes.
• Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in missing the cruise without refund.
• Identification Requirement: Valid government-issued ID or passport is mandatory for check-in and verification.
• Child Policy: Children under 3 years can join free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire is required to maintain the elegant ambiance onboard.
• Force Majeure: The operator is not liable for cancellations or schedule disruptions caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Safety Regulations: Guests must comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew throughout the cruise to ensure a secure experience.

• Seating Arrangements: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation. Guests can choose between the upper open deck and the lower air-conditioned deck.
• Photography & Videography: Guests may take photos and videos for personal use. Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval from the operator.
• Health & Safety: Guests with serious medical conditions or mobility challenges should notify the operator in advance to arrange necessary assistance.
