• All Sales Are Final: Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Plan your trip accordingly.
• Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are personal and cannot be transferred or resold to another individual.
• Weather Policy: Cruises operate in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, the cruise may be rescheduled. Please note that no refunds are issued for weather-related changes.
• Arrival Time: Guests are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled boarding time to avoid missing the cruise. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding without refund.
• Identification Requirement: Valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented at check-in for verification purposes.
• Child Policy: Children under 3 years of age can join free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
